Jake Cook gave his life to Christ at the age of at 9 years old. Jake was born and raised in Riceville, TN where he attended God’s Storehouse of blessings from birth to the age of 20. He served as the youth leader at God’s Storehouse of blessings for years. Jake served in Nicaragua on 7 different mission trips throughout his life. He has preached and ministered at many churches throughout our area. Jake surrendered his call to preach and became an ordained minister on Feb. 20th, 2022. Jake became the pastor of Delano Baptist Church in 2025.

Jake has been married to his wife, Haley Cook, for almost 5 years. They have three dogs that they adore: Annie, Charlie, and Sophie.

Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He currently works as a Mechanical Engineer by day.

In his free time, Jake enjoys going to Tennessee Vols football games with his wife. He enjoys playing golf and traveling the world with his wife.
